Manufacturers of medications do not sell to online pharmacies or many retail stores. This means they are not certain of how the medications available there are obtained, stored, if they are authentic, if they are expired, etc. The manufacturers will stand behind their products if purchased through a veterinary clinic, but not if obtained elsewhere.
