Our 7 year old Rat Terrier Nala wouldn't walk on her back leg for a few days so after hearing wonderful things about Heritage we brought her in. Dr. Silverstein met Nala and instead of putting her on the exam table HE SAT ON THE FLOOR to examine her so she would be more comfortable (he was also wearing really nice dress pants). It completely blew my husband's mind. We have NEVER had such a positive vet experience. He is a very compassionate man. Kelli was great too! We couldn't be more pleased. Thanks for fixing our Nala- our daughter can't wait for her to be well enough to play dress up again!!

Thanks to both Dr. Carter and Dr. Silverstein, Tasha was able to enjoy a day on the Michigan coast with us on vacation. Tasha was diagnosed with metabolic disorder (Addison's) that was easily treated once Dr. Carter quickly diagnosed her. Then a more difficult diagnosis came later in her life at the age of 11 when she developed degenerative disease of the spinal cord. Both Drs. worked with us to find us a solution to help her live the rest of her life in a comfortable and playful manner. Once she lost use of her back legs, they assisted us in finding a cart for her that maintained her mobility and her life for another year. We took daily 1.5 mile walks in this cart in all weather..including snow! We lost Tasha in late March but are extremely grateful to the Drs. and staff for helping Tasha live her remaining days in comfort.

Pacino visited Heritage for the first time yesterday and LOVED every minute of it. We especially appreciated the time spent with us and Pacino's new Gentle Leader. Although it is not his faviorte thing in the world, he was much more well behaved on our walk last night. THANK YOU!

 Summer

I brought my puppies (Harley and Bentley) in on the 26th to be groomed for the first time. I am SO impressed with the amazing job that Darcy did and I just wanted to share my positive feedback. Both of my puppies look great!! She paid close attention to the little details and it shows!! Their ears are all clean and their coat looks wonderful. They are very happy puppies!!! Thank y ou Darcy! We'll be back!!!

My dog Baxter is a nervous wreck whenever he has to go to the vet office. He recently had to undergo knee surgery and therefore had to come in to see the vet more than he would have liked to. The staff at Heritage was always more than patient with our big guy and very accomidating. They even went so far as to instruct me over the phone in routine care so I wouldn't have to bring him in, which would have caused a heart attack along with the busted knee! I recieved several check-up phone calls to see how Baxter was and is recovering. Thank you to everybody at Heritage for taking such good care of our gentle giant, Baxter.
